I was really impressed with the value we got for our money; the room was spacious and perfect for the four of us. the location is ideal, right next to Eyre Square, and the staff were helpful and reached out with clear instructions before our arrival.

Breakfast choices could be more varied for a better experience.

Wonderful base for 1 night with supper friendly and affable staff like a manager. Location close enough to Eyre Square, the Christmas market and city centre, and Galway.

The room was clean and cozy, with a nice flat-screen TV and great city views. the free WiFi was a major plus too! I appreciated how the bed linen felt fresh, and it would have been super comfy if the noise wasn't so distracting.

The lack of sound insulation really made it tough to enjoy the stay; others might feel differently.

Sink malfunction meant shower water doubled as our makeshift tap. Bright side? A comfy bed and clean room. Location's bustling energy is a hit if you crave noise, not so much for light sleepers like me. Tea and coffee costs extra—paying for my morning buzz! Staff were friendly, city's vibe was fab. Not my cup of tea, but Galway's a keeper.

The hotel was clean. We had a beautifully decorated and new-fashioned room. the location in a nice area was comfy. There was a Christmas market and a market nearby. It took only 5 minutes to walk to Sepulveda & Tupper bus stop. Rewritten: The hotel was spotless and our room was beautifully decorated with a modern touch. the location in a pleasant area was cozy, with the bonus of having a Christmas market and a regular market nearby. Getting to the Sepulveda & Tupper bus stop was a quick 5-minute walk.
